Unit 3 Platform game<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Create a Winning Condition<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We need to make a winning condition for this game, just like we did with the maze game. But, this time, you will decide what the winning condition is, and what will happen when the condition is met. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Program an “if” block to decide if the player wins the game.<\/li>
  2. Add a celebration when the player sprite wins the game.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Add on extras to your platform game. Here are some ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. In Time to Celebrate, you’ll program a wild winning celebration.<\/li>
    2. Make the platforms change positions on the stage in Moving Platforms.<\/li>
    3. In Shrinking Platforms, create a platform that shrinks when the player stands on it.<\/li>
    4. In Splash You Lose, create a losing condition for your game.<\/li>
    5. Add music in your game with Add Some Tunes.<\/li>
    6. In Bug Fix: Land on Your Feet, or not, you’ll program the sprite’s feet to land on the platform.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      When you are done, let’s share and show your games. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
